Plain-English privacy policy

Short version: we collect what we need to reply to your request, we treat your tender documents as confidential, and we don’t use your data to train AI models.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, work email, company and role when you send a task through the site.
• Documents you attach: RFQs, scopes of work, quotes, drawings and similar files you choose to send.
• Usage analytics: standard Google Analytics data about page visits and interactions, used to understand what’s useful on this site.

What we use it for

• Running the task you sent and replying to you with the output.
• Following up about that request, and nothing else, unless you opted in to notes.
• Improving the site, in aggregate, via analytics.

How your documents are handled

• Attachments are stored in a private bucket, not publicly accessible.
• They are reviewed by a human for the purpose of producing your output.
• They are not used to train AI models, and are not shared with third parties beyond the infrastructure used to process them.
• An NDA before you send anything is available on request.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and interactions. If you use an ad/tracker blocker, the site works identically without it.
