What if I do not know the manufacturer or part number?
Describe the equipment, its purpose and any label information you have. Include the region and project stage if known. The team can clarify which source and document pack to request.
Can I request several manufacturers at once?
Yes. Put one item on each line and include its manufacturer where known. Alternatively, save items in the CAD library and send your saved selection as one request.
Does registration mean the files are available?
Registration saves your requirements for the team to review. Availability, manufacturer access conditions, any charges and delivery timing still need confirmation. A requested format is a preference rather than a confirmed download.
Can I ask for a project-specific or older drawing?
Yes. Include the equipment serial number or order reference in your notes, together with the required revision or year. State whether you need an original manufacturer document, a replacement model or help defining the drawing requirement.
